A company with major business units in gaming and entertainment. The company owns and operates multiple studios that release various popular titles that have broken a number of release records.

Managing change is a demanding task for organizations, more so if you are a multinational giant, where the change has to be implemented across different geographies and times.

In order to increase efficiency, the client wanted to automate their change process.

SNOW CoE consultants were sent on-site to understand the client requirements. A customized solution was designed incorporating ITIL best practices to improvise and automate the change process.

The client was able to manage their services and critical CI’s with less manual intervention. Change management is now automated and efficient, consuming less time to address a change request.
