Prior to founding abhra, he held several senior positions including Chief Solutions and Marketing Officer for Ness Technologies and Chief Services Officer at UST Global.

Kailash has immense experience in Managed Service Engagement Models, Methodology, and the Service Maturity Journey. Thus every process he follows is measurable, predictable with sustainable outcomes and focus on continuous improvement. He is a principle consultant to CxOs and IT teams on benefits and critical success factors of Managed Services. He is also a speaker at various Industry forums including Gartner’s and Forrester’s Industry forums and events.

With over 20 years of diverse business experience Madhu manages the overall business development and sales operations. He has worked across multiple verticals like Healthcare, Consumer Products and Technology. His portfolio of work includes giants such as Pfizer, ICI Paints, Coca Cola as well as innovative IT services companies. He is geographically accessible with a plethora of clients and partners across North America and Asia specifically India and South Korea. Madhu is passionate about working with innovative startups and larger companies in helping them successfully develop and launch their new product ideas.

Madhu has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

A detail oriented professional Sridhar controls the overall Operations, Finance, Legal and HR for the company. With over 20 years of industry experience working with both large and small IT services companies. Sridhar has also been a serial entrepreneur and built successful businesses in India before moving to the US. He built the ground operation for abhra to enable global scalability, flexibility and agility. He spearheads the effort to establish sound HR policies to attract, retain and create a growth path for high performers in the Company.

Sridhar has a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Gulbarga University.

Skilled at multitasking Srihari is in charge of managing multiple engagements to ensure timely delivery of projects, within the budget and to the satisfaction of clients. He has over 20 years of industry experience managing various end-to-end delivery of IT services. His past experience includes companies like HSBC, American Express, GE Railcar, Countrywide Home Loans, APL and Honeywell, across different geographic locations like USA, Canada, UK and Malaysia. He is currently based out of our offshore delivery centre at Hyderabad, India.

Srihari is SAP Hybris Functional, PMP, CSM & TOGAF certified professional with an engineering degree in Computer Science.

With exceptional communication and management skills Vidisha is accountable for building teams ground up as well as to develop and nurture great working relationships. She has the ability to execute well thought out people strategy, prioritize HR deliverables and drive leadership development initiatives. She has over 9 years of experience with core expertise in execution focus, process improvement and managing HR operations for global teams in different Industry domains like IT, Telecom and ITES Services. She has worked across multiple geographies including USA, Singapore and UK.

Vidisha has an MBA in HR from Indian Institute of Planning & Management.
