Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Hunter who:

  • Thrives in startup environments
  • Sells strategic consulting + AI engineering + platform offerings
  • Understands how to convert POCs into multi-year transformation deals
  • Can run Alliances with leading ISVs like Anthropic, OpenAI, LlamaIndex
  • Drives net new revenue while building trusted CXO relationships

You will be the first point of contact for enterprise accounts — shaping conversations from AI strategy to platform deployment.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full new business sales cycle — from prospecting to close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of $10–15M+ annual potential revenue
  • Target CIO / CTO / CDO / CDAO / CMO / VP Data / VP AI / VP Engineering
  • Articulate NStarX’s AI Engineering & “Service-as-Software” value proposition
  • Sell consulting-led + IP-powered engagements
  • Lead use-case discovery, value positioning & AI business cases
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales, solution architects & delivery leads
  • Close 6- to 7-figure deals in enterprise environments
  • Represent NStarX at conferences, customer workshops, and onsite sessions
  • Work with CRO on scaling US GTM motions
Ideal Experience
  • 12+ years in enterprise consulting or software services sales
  • Proven experience selling AI/ML, Cloud, Data, or Digital Engineering services
  • Experience with consulting + platform / subscription sales
  • Prior experience working with startups or fast-scaling tech firms
  • Track record of closing new logos worth $2M-$5M
  • Strong storytelling, value selling, and problem framing skills
  • Experience selling into 2–3 core verticals (e.g., ISV, Healthcare, Media, Financial Services, Industrial)

  • Ability to work closely with founders & technologists
  • Understands solutions, not SKUs
  • Comfortable talking about AI, LLMs, Data Platforms, Generative AI apps
  • You know how to handle:
    • → “We already have a vendor”
    • → “We’re doing AI internally”
    • → “We have no budget”
    • → And still convert them into your champions
