Senior UI Developer

The ideal candidate for the React Developer position is a highly skilled front-end engineer with extensive expertise in ReactJS and modern web technologies. They will have a proven track record in developing large-scale, complex web applications with a focus on performance optimization, code quality, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This professional will demonstrate a deep understanding of frontend development tools and practices while contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of ReactJS frontend, ensuring that web applications are highly performant and responsive.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and other optimization techniques.
• Develop reusable components and libraries to improve code quality and speed up development.
• Develop and maintain frontend build tools and pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Work closely with backend engineers to ensure smooth integration of frontend and server-side functionality.
• Create unit and integration tests to fully test and regress software. Break down complex requirements into independent coding tasks and strategies.
• Participate in Agile routines and ceremonies; daily standups, sprint planning, sprint demos / retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise with ReactJS, and modern frontend development tools such as Vite, webpack, babel, and npm.
• Demonstrated experience with building large-scale, complex web applications using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Proficient in CSS preprocessors such as SCSS or Less.
• Understanding of browser compatibility issues and techniques for ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
