Customer Challenge
A U.S.A based education sector startup wanted to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that connects the best instructors in the US to the school students that need it the most. The product was to have a freemium business model and allow users (not registered) to choose from a list of available instructors and courses.
Solution Implemented
Co-Developed the MVP solution with client facing UI screens along with back end in 100 days using global distributed delivery team using Agile SCRUM methodology. Key feature of the product included easy registration process, ability to book and watch free and paid sessions, and easy to understand dashboard for teachers and students to monitor progress across various metrics.
Outcome Delivered
- Acted as an online intervention school within an actual school setup
- Allowed for progress monitoring through easy-to-understand dashboards
- Integration with authentication systems to integrate with existing school infrastructure
